Customer satisfaction is important to us, but due to the nature of international dropshipping, we apply strict return and refund conditions.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be accepted only if:

• The product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing error

• The request is submitted within 10 days from the manufacturing date

• Clear photo or video evidence proving the defect is provided

Refunds will not be issued without sufficient proof.

Return Requirement

If the refund request is approved, the customer is required to return the item.
Returns must be shipped within the approved timeframe. Failure to return the item will result in refund rejection.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be accepted for:

• Customer dissatisfaction not related to product defects

• Wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer

• Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

• Orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
